  • Product Variations: Each Yan Yak product is made with high-quality natural materials. Slight variations in colour, texture, and grain may occur from one item to another. These natural differences are a mark of authenticity and craftsmanship and are not considered defects.

Ordering & Payment

  • Orders can be placed via our website.

  • Payment is accepted via the methods displayed at checkout.

  • Orders are subject to availability; we reserve the right to cancel any order.

Delivery

  • UK Delivery Only. We do not ship internationally at this time.

  • All products are dispatched with recorded or tracked next-day delivery where possible. Delivery is included in the product price.

  • Every item is carefully packaged to ensure it reaches you safely.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Made-to-order items cannot be returned unless faulty.

  • Standard items may be returned within 14 days of receipt, unused, in original packaging, and in saleable condition.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is faulty.

  • For damaged or faulty items, contact us immediately at info@yan-yak. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
